A large area of high pressure is dominating our weather at the moment. Saturday will be bright and sunny throughout with just a few fog patches in the morning and small white clouds in the afternoon. The only drawback to the day is that temperatures will remain chilly despite the sun beating down.

During the next few days, our weather will remain changeable. Temporary sunny spells will alternate with periods of thick cloud and light snowfall Temperatures will remain very frosty.

Mayrhofen Austria
Mayrhofen is a major summer and ski resort at the end of the Ziller valley in the southern part of the Tyrol. The village of around 4,000 inhabitants lies at an altitude of 633m and to the north the flat and wide valley hardly descends in height as it runs into the main Inn valley. To the west the more mountainous route up to the Hintertux glacier region runs through the villages of Finkenberg and Tux, while the high Zillertaler Alps are located to the east and south.
