A large area of high pressure is dominating our weather at the moment. Saturday will be bright and sunny throughout with just a few fog patches in the morning and small white clouds in the afternoon. The only drawback to the day is that temperatures will remain chilly despite the sun beating down.

During the next few days, our weather will remain changeable. Temporary sunny spells will alternate with periods of thick cloud and light snowfall Temperatures will remain very frosty.

Ellmau Austria
Ellmau is situated near the Wilder Kaiser mountains in the Tyrol. The wide Leukental valley provides great views of the peaks to the north from the village and the somewhat lower slopes of the Hartkaiser to the south behind the village offer good walking and skiing. The route to Wörgl and the Inn valley heads to the west, while St Johann and the province of Salzburg can be reached to the east. The village has a population of 2,600 and is located at an altitude of just over 800m.
