A strong southerly airflow will bring warm, dry air from the Mediterranean. The weather will thus be bright and dry. It will, however, be a bit windy, particularly on the mountains.
On Tuesday, the foehn winds will weaken allowing weak weather fronts to move in from the Atlantic. The clouds will gradually increase and light rain is possible.

Obertauern Ski Conditions (winter only)
Obertauern is a settlement at the top of a mountain pass in the province of Salzburg. It is best known as a ski area - the altitude of 1730m means that it can boast one of the highest starting points for a winter resort in Austria - and as a centre for high altitude training and testing. Obertauern is split between two local authorities (the border runs literally through the resort) and is accessed via a road to the north in the direction of Salzburg and the south in the direction of Carinthia.
