A large area of high pressure is dominating our weather at the moment. Saturday will be bright and sunny throughout with just a few fog patches in the morning and small white clouds in the afternoon. The only drawback to the day is that temperatures will remain chilly despite the sun beating down.

St Pölten Austria
St Pölten is the capital of the province of Lower Austria and has a population of just over 50,000. The town is located at just under 270m in a flattish area on the River Traisen. To the north lies the Wachau area and to the south the mountains and hills of the southern part of the Mostviertel and the northern edge of Styria. On the eastern and western sides lie the access routes to the larger cities of Vienna and Linz.
